The Smiths and Pantanos have been friends for over 16 years and have always shared a passion for food and the hospitality industry. A few years ago the seed of opening a restaurant was planted and in November of 2022 that dream blossomed into reality. Together we have created a space inspired by the most important things in our lives - family, friends and our community.

The next generation of the team (our kids) are a huge inspiration for everything we are working towards. We look forward to them being a part of the restaurant, most likely with freshly made pastries in their hands!
